Midlands' Groups
Both groups also have monthly newsletters which list the events that are running.
AEUK - Autonomous Education UK
This group is for home educators who use an autonomous style of education and would like somewhere to chat, get advice and chill out! :-)
AHEd - Action for Home Education
AHEd is an action group with a focus on the defence and advancement of home education rights and liberties and of fair and equal treatment for all home educators.
AHEd has no party political affiliation, no ideological commitment beyond the right to home educate, no religious affiliation or doctrinal prejudice and regards the right to home educate as crossing all class and cultural boundaries. We welcome anyone who is prepared to uphold our aims and statement of purpose.
Click Schooling - Daily Curriculum Ideas
ClickSchooling searches the Net to bring you one, terrific educational website each day: Monday-Math; Tuesday-Science; Wednesday-Language Arts; Thursday-History Social Studies; Friday Virtual Field Trips; and Weekends are for Electives -- Art, Music, Foreign Languages and more!

Dare to Know Blog
A libertarian leaning, common preference seeking, pro-science, pro-critical rationalism, humanist blog, which is mainly, but by no means exclusively, about home educating in the UK.
Education Otherwise
The website of the HE Charity, Education Otherwise.
fruitcakes-R-us - The HE gardening group
Home educating courgette (and other plant) growers discuss ideas and trade insults at random. No garden? No problem, pot of basil or tomato on the sill, mung beans in the airing cupboard...it can be done:-)
gifted-home-ed-uk
If you're home educating your gifted child or considering home education as a possible option for your family this is the group for you. We aim to share ideas, recommend resources, and gain support with each other in a caring and friendly environment. Discussion is open to all aspects of home educating gifted children in the UK, including afterschooling, flexi-schooling, making the decision to home educate, advice on different resources, GCSE's, A levels and college entrance. Please make yourself at home and share your experiences home educating your gifted child.
